Pat’s Run​

At Pat’s Run, GreenLight Solutions helped drive major sustainability and community impact, diverting 13.4 tons of material from the landfill and achieving an 81% diversion rate. The effort included food rescue, recyclables, compostables, soft plastics, 80 volunteers, 13 staff members, and 341 on-site hours.​

Mesa Marathon​

For the 2025 Mesa Marathon, GreenLight Solutions helped divert 4.4 tons from the landfill and achieved 56% waste diversion, including recycling, compost, food rescue, clothing donations, and other donations. The event brought together 10,000 runners, volunteers, and community partners.​

M3F Festival​

At M3F in Phoenix, GreenLight Solutions supported waste sorting, composting, bin education, and behind-the-scenes diversion efforts for a festival with 16,000 attendees each day. With 140 volunteers and 10 staff members, the Green Team achieved more than a 55% waste diversion rate, diverting recyclable and compostable materials and avoiding 6 tons of CO₂.​

Oktoberfest Waste Diversion Growth

GreenLight’s Green Team has continued improving waste diversion at Oktoberfest, growing from 32% diversion to 37% to 52% over three years. In 2025, the event diverted 7.1 tons of material, its highest diversion rate in Oktoberfest history according to GreenLight’s recap.

Best of Arizona Gala​

At the Best of Arizona Gala, GreenLight Solutions helped manage composting, recycling, and sustainability efforts, achieving a reported 90% waste diversion rate, which the recap identifies as qualifying the event as zero waste.

Four Peaks Oktoberfest​
