GreenLight Solutions and The 2 Courtiers will partner to develop sustainable events. Our purpose for the project is to transform events into sustainability endeavors. Our mission is to pay mind to four areas of improvement: circular resources, renewable energy, reduced transportation carbon footprint, and engagement that fosters more sustainable culture/practices at events and beyond. The strategic objectives for this project are to network with the vendors and venue for channels of importing and exporting materials that execute cradle-to-cradle lifecycles; connect innovative renewable energy technology with sponsorship; promote benefits for alternative forms of transportation; and project ideas, movements, and innovations in sustainability initiatives for visitors. Our scale will be to start at The 2 Courtiers’ monthly events, and based upon success, scale and duplicate for larger and more distant events.

The Shaw Montessori school project team’s Fall 2016 semester vision is to develop a comprehensive plan to remodel the entrance of the school. The entrance of a school is important, as it is the first impression a visitor gets of the school and the first things the students see as they begin their day.
